Who can buy at Best Girl Hair wholesale prices?
Wholesale pricing is open to any business buyer. There is no wholesale application, business-document verification or account approval.
Is there a minimum wholesale order?
No. Best Girl Hair has no minimum order and no minimum spend. The full order amount is paid at checkout.
How do I check availability?
Use the live product and variant information on the website. Some products or variants may be unavailable, so availability is not guaranteed across the full catalogue.
How long do processing and delivery take?
Orders are processed in one working day. The Courier Guy then provides tracked South African transit of two to three working days depending on region. This is not a universal arrival guarantee.
How are the wigs sourced and prepared?
Raw hair is processed and pre-graded in China. Wigs are assembled in Best Girl Hair's South African warehouse, where incoming quality control is performed.
Are samples available?
Business buyers may request one unit of each product as a sample at 80% of the current website price. Request samples only by telephone or WhatsApp. Samples are non-refundable and non-returnable, and standard South African delivery charges apply.
What happens if a product has a defect?
