Dispatch and delivery are separate stages. Dispatch means your order has been packed and handed over or made ready for courier collection. Delivery means the parcel has reached the delivery address.
Your order enters processing after payment has cleared, been authorised, or been confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
We may verify your delivery address, contact number, and delivery instructions before dispatch. Incomplete or unclear address information can delay dispatch.
We pick the product from available stock, perform reasonable fulfilment checks, package the order, and prepare it for courier handover.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days under normal courier conditions.
Best Girl Hair holds its products in stock. We are wholesalers with a warehouse and substantial inventory available. This allows us to process confirmed orders quickly without normally waiting to source products after the customer has paid.
Rare stock discrepancies may still occur because of simultaneous orders, damaged warehouse stock, stock-taking updates, or website errors. If this happens, we will contact you with the available options, which may include a replacement product, exchange, reasonable waiting period, or refund.
Once your payment has been received and your delivery address has been confirmed, orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. From dispatch, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.
Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you complete payment. Fees may depend on location, courier service, parcel size, promotions, order value, or any special delivery arrangements agreed with us.
If a parcel must be resent because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refused delivery, non-collection, or unavailable recipient, additional delivery fees may apply.
You must provide a complete physical delivery address and a reachable contact number. The courier may need a person to receive or sign for the parcel during business hours.
Where tracking is available, we will provide a waybill number, tracking link, courier update, or delivery reference after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after courier handover.
If your tracking has not moved for longer than expected, contact us with your order number so we can help follow up with the courier.
If delivery fails because the address is wrong, access is refused, nobody is available, the phone number is unreachable, delivery is refused, or the parcel is not collected where required, the courier may return the parcel to us or charge additional fees.
Please inspect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, tampered with, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number, delivery date, photos of the outer packaging, photos of the inner packaging, and photos of the product received.
Do not cut lace, install, wear, wash, dye, bleach, style, or alter the item while a delivery issue is being investigated. Altering the item may make it harder to verify the issue and may affect your return options.
We remain responsible for handing the parcel to the courier correctly. Once the courier records delivery to the address, recipient, reception, security desk, delivery point, or authorised person supplied for the order, the parcel may be treated as delivered unless you can show a delivery error requiring investigation.
If you believe the courier has marked a parcel as delivered incorrectly, contact us immediately so we can help raise a query with the courier.
Our 24-hour dispatch window excludes Saturdays and Sundays. Public holidays, payment verification delays, address confirmation delays, and courier collection schedules can also affect timing. Orders placed late in the day may begin fulfilment the following business day.
This policy is written for South African deliveries. If we agree to international delivery, cross-border delivery, special courier handling, urgent delivery, or any non-standard arrangement, separate rates, timeframes, customs duties, import charges, taxes, and risk terms may apply.
